I'm Max Antonucci, a Syracuse University student studying Digital and Online Journalism, and Information and Technology. And as a journalist, I'm a believer in embracing all the changing aspects of it while staying true to it's core goal of keeping people well-informed.To do this, I'm trying to get skills in as many important areas as possible. These include programming, web design, web management, social media, journalism innovation, and anything else that seems important. But I'm also sure not to lose the essence of it all, it's all to help tell people what they need to know (as well as a good story). While I try to be as media-savvy as possible, it's still about the quality of the writing in the end.I'm also a strong believer in thinking like an entrepreneur and an innovator, even if you're not creating your own start-up. It's important to have a wide-variety of skills, try out lots of different ideas, embracing change without sacrificing quality, taking calculated risks, and being passionate. Most importantly, working to provide something people will really need.My current experience includes traditional reporting and interviewing, news editing, web design, social media marketing, animation, and some web management. In my free time, I'm also studying programming, coding, marketing, and Italian.I have several other hobbies as well, such as following the news on a daily basis. I'm also very interested in politics, and constantly follow activity in the government and national debates. I also enjoy philosophy, exercising, and just reading a good book in a cool, quiet corner to relax.
